App that logs 3G and WIFI activity in detail

It might be old news for some though

Although, it doesn't really do what we want, it does provide a unique ability. Interesting. I will try it out.

Ok, I just stumbled upon this:

TrafficInfo - Android


This might be exactly what we wanted...if you're running 2.2. I'm not, but, let me know what you think if you're able to install it.

Great find!!

I tried it tonight for a few minutes and mostly does what we want. It is missing the abilty to export to a log and the counter resets on reboot, not something I want.

I'm sure the dev could make some changes with a little per$ua$ion.

Again, great find! I had given up hope on this to tell you the truth.

You could also try "traffic stats" the options are a bit different than in "traffic info" but the same concept

WOW! Another good find. This does pretty much the same thing as TrafficInfo except it allows a reset and doesn't dump stats over a reboot.

However I question the accuracy of the stats. I just spent about 5 minutes looking at a few websites and then refreshed the app and "browser" stayed at 187kb. Maybe it updates when the browser app closes?
