App that makes homescreen icons smaller or more organization

What's a app that make homescreen icons smaller? I use to have some app that did that on my old phone. Forgotten name.

Lcd density changer. Droid overclock has that as an option in the extras. There's probably a standalone app as well. Or you can just edit the build.prop.
