if the gift part is true, good for the employee. I'm sure many stores A) don't even educate their employees on such laws and/or B) would not care and just try to make a sale. I've never seen anybody get rejected on any purchase that may be exported

Well I refuse to buy Apple products because Apple speaks "fascism", so there! :tongue-b:
I'm pretty sure that making sure that no one takes an ipad or iphone to Iran is the job of the US Customs agency, not the job of the apple store employees. Leave this to the big boys apple, you just keep on selling those crackphones, while you can.
