are there any cases for droid for running?

I've always used my ipod when I ran yet I was thinking it would be nice to use my droid. Is there any arm band/cases made for the droid to run with?

I've read many places that the iPod cases also work with the Droid. I was going to buy one to use for walking since the GPS is erratic when you put it in a pocket.
