Look here's the deal, I have been around this forum for enough time to have a very limited understanding of how it works, this forum has always prided itself on being family friendly and very helpful. Saying rude things or insulting someone is neither of those things. Yes absolutely it is ok to disagree with someone, just do it in a civil manner, which in this post you can see some have done so. Debate is a great thing when done with respect. Thumper's mom said it best "if you can't say anything nice about someone, you don't say anything at all".
