Wow, I hadn't realized our users were of such..."mature" ages.
I mean no offense! I just remember from my Halo 2 Modding days (As in spectacular/beautiful mod making, not cheating) that the kids were always my age...15-18 ish. Assumed the tech community that was fairly interested in modding was a younger generation.

Oh, and I'm 20 now!

Well to keep up with the world today, need to keep up on what's out there. Never to old to learn new tricks.

I'm 37. Stated using most of the same programs we use to theme, like hex editors, notepads and image editors, for hacking pc games. So that made modify my phone easier. Always loved modify things, probably always will.

I must say, I almost refuse to beleive this thread.

I suppose my image of modders consisted of a couple of 15 year old kids with way too much time on their hands. This is probably because I've watched a ton of those videos where a guy shows off some code or something and they always seem like they're 15 with their high/squeaky voices.

I'm 41 and rooted my Droid a couple months after getting it. I try new ROMs and kernels all the time. My son, 18, won't let me root his, he likes it stock the way it is. Where did I go wrong? Haha

46 here!! I've been rocking my DX for months now. My IT guys are envious! Also got a g tab and love playing with that as well. Running custom roms and overclocking. Having a blast! My son was a Apple fanboy but after seeing my DX he is now a convert running Liberty. Love it!
