yeah, those don't do justice to how they actually look on the Droid's pulldown... here is the Fire & Ice in all of it's transparent glory...lol

Xeudoxus is probably the one to ask for that... he was the one that helped us get started on getting transparency for images on Froyo.. in fact he has a patch for that still on his section, and I did see it was for the DroidX as well......

Alright, I got your's finished and posted.. I changed the control file to say Mbk... Question: I added a screen shot in my control file but it doesn't show up on the splash screen on the first unzip but it does if ya go back and select existing theme.. any idea why?

I'll take a look, but probably not needed to add a screenshot since they already know what you're posting if they downloaded it, just posting a screenshot in your thread is another idea..

Yeah, I just added it as a little something extra.. especially if they have a lot of .xml's in the existing themes file.. it'll display it before they apply it...

The screenshots are working as it should, that's the way it was designed to work.... the reason that it's not showing when you extract it and when you pick the folder choosing existing theme, is because it hasn't been commanded yet... once you press the XML, 'then' the XML runs it's commands... thus why the screenshot shows only after that... makes sense right?

Yeah I've seen it after hitting the xml but didn't know if it can disply on the unzip since the splash screen shows up with everything else...just no screenshot... If not, I can live with it showing up in the existing themes selection...

I think MM only looks for the certain criteria to display on that initial splash screen when you extract, not sure if you could write it into the XML so that MM will show the screenshot also... maybe

I just like that feature is all... You're right, they already know what it looks like... I'll look into it tho.. I wish making a "live" pulldown was possible.. like having it read multiple png's (2 or 3) like a live wallpaper does... That'd be insane!.. I've been told it can't tho...

Yeah the screenshot feature is very nice, and if you like it in your work you should continue it... but I don't know that MM is written to display the screenshot upon extraction as it does once you're ready to apply it...

As for the animo pulldowns... yeah, that would be insane, wonder if we could write it into the XML??... probably asking for too much..

I just like the screenshot as an extra touch but it's not a necessity... and yeah, that's what I was thinking about the live action pulldowns too.. if devs wrote it in or if we/you/I could get it to work w/o them then that'd be a huge hit I bet... btw, your NFL stuff is quite clean man... very very nice work!

Awesome, love the red one, but everything on my phone is blue, black, ot transparent.....so blue will look even better!
