back to stock?

tired of running ROMs, how do i get back to stock? i saw the sticky in the hacking section but it didnt have any instructions.

That's the guide I used when I went back to stock, but that was months ago and only for like a week haha...don't know how relevant it is, but you want to use box option 05 on that page. If someone knows an easier or more recent way, I'm sure they'll chime in.
