So if you go into settings -> Battery & Data Manager -> Data Delivery, you will see Background Data..
On my old phone (droid1) I use Power Control widget to turn refresh on to get new mail and other notifications, and when I turn it off Background data gets unchecked..
But on the bionic, background data remains checked even though I undo the refresh on the power control. but i do not get any emails or what not. Since I do that, Battery has doing better than before with 4G even..
Any ideas?
