backup assistant sync unable to complete

Please help! Backup assistant. Was working fine at one point but now everyday I get an error message that says "sync unable to complete ". I have no idea why. Has anyone else solved this iss
ue or do I need to take to service?

Mine does that also... I switched to google backup instead.

It is on the list of things that need fixed with the upcoming OTA update, we shall see.
