Also, as for Lex, I'm not sure what I thought of him. I think Eisenberg (sp?) did a great job of playing him kinda demented. I'm not sure that's how I feel Lex should be played though.

I don't know that I was ever into the cartoons. I liked the X-Men cartoon. That was about the extent of my Super Hero cartoon-watching. Unless you count the Turtles.

My opinions of Superman stem mostly from the Dean Cain version in "The Adventures of Lois and Clark," which I haven't seen since it went off the air, so it wasn't near as fresh to me as the previous Batman movies and didn't really affect my opinions of this movie.

I still feel like I might've missed something having not seen MoS though. Kinda like Batman was being reintroduced here, but I should already know THIS Superman.

I guess maybe I glossed over the other murders committed by batman. Heck I was pointing to those movies in my mind when I was upset about what Snyder did in this movie.

Nice explanation to all the aster eggs in the movie. @Jonny Kansas , may actually help with the understanding of some of the things you missed with the comics/animated universe.

Man..I'm so sick of "Easter eggs".. Can't even emerse yourself in a good movie to watch the here and now ..you feel like..I need to keep an eye out for this crap...screw that lol

Yeah , like I said above, that was my biggest gripe about this movie. Snyder spent too much time loading it with Easter eggs vs telling a story. For those that know the Easter eggs it's like, OK. And for those that don't they lose the context. It is one thing to pop in an Easter egg here and there, but when you load the movie with it then it's like a comic fanboy stole the film and went wild with it.
