You can start the process at any battery percentage, because it starts when the phone is powered on at 100% charge.. so it won't matter if you power off at first, 90-80-70-60-50-40-30-20-10%.. what matters is that you power off and charge it to 100%, use to 10%, then power off and charge to 100%..
