I've been having some serious issues with my battery. I'm lucky if I get more than 8 hours out of a charge, and I'm not really using the phone that much. Its mostly sitting idle, with the occasional text message or pop into a game such as Words With Friends. This is even with battery saving mode on, the screen brightness set super low, and JuiceDefender Pro running. It almost seems to drain faster when in idle, and less when actually using the phone. Here are some screenshots that should help diagnose the problem. I'm considering doing a factory reset, but from what I hear, that may not fix the issue. I'm also considering taking the phone back to the AT&T store to see what they can do, but I'm afraid all they will do is a factory reset. Maybe they'll replace the battery, but it seems to be more of a software issue than a problem with the battery itself. Please help! This is driving me crazy!
