Battery.

I own a Droid incredible and it is brand new (2 days old) even with everything turned off... WiFi, mobile, Bluetooth, gps, and screen brightness all the way down, my battery only lasts about 3 or 4 hours when constantly used for texting. Is this normal. Any recommendations on how to extend my battery life. Also I travel a lot on a bus. Any ideas for portable chargers other than cigarette lighter chargers.

No, this is not normal at all! I would take it back to Verizon if it was me. The charger question- I think Energizer makes some kind of portable charger, I don't know if they have one that works with the Inc. but I have seen them at Walmart.
