Beautiful Widgets Skins Don't Change Wallpaper or Icons?

I downloaded BW on my Eris (2.1) and followed the instructions on the sticky for downloading and applying the skins. The skins are only changing my clock and weather widgets. I thought my wallpaper and icons would also change, but they're not. Is there something else I need to do? Does BW not change the theme?

That's all it changes. It is not a wallpaper and icon changer.

No it is an app, it will only change the look of BW itself not any of the other apps, icons or widgets. It is not a theme, only changes the theme for BW

So all the cool looking desktops on the sticky thread and the backgrounds in the BW skin preview come from other apps? Bummer. Looks like I'll have to search the forum for other apps to change themes/icons.
