So far the best case I've found is my old iPod case. It's the case that came with the first video iPods. I can't find any other case that covers the whole phone.

I ordered this one: ZIPPER LEATHER COVER WALLET CASE fr Motorola Droid A855 - eBay (item 290367654207 end time Dec-07-09 00:51:04 PST) from eBay and it should be here tomorrow or Saturday. I had the same case for my enV2 and liked it a lot. I hate carrying a wallet and a phone plus my keys....I should just get a man purse....NOT :icon_eek:
You might as well get a backpack for your Droid : )

No not at all...like I said I have one for my enV2 and it is GREAT! Plus it clips to my belt. Otherwise I need to carry a separate wallet in one pocket and phone in another. It really isn't any bigger than a regular case. Just one extra compartment
I was gonna check out the Body Glove case for it, but I'd pretty much assumed that it was gonna be the same as the Body Glove case for the Voyager, and sure enough... same general concept.

The Elega case from Sena Cases is designed for the iPhone but fits the Droid perfectly! A tad snug, but if you just shove a deck of playing cards in it overnight, it's perfect. Leather, no magnet, vertical orientation, firm leather-covered belt-clip; comes in a variety of colored leathers

just got the Shell/Holster Combo from the Verizon kisok (sp) in the mall. Love the feel, fit and access it give but beware it does not fit into the car dock as the rep suggested it would. I would also image that it doesn't fit into the media do either and it is not a case you can take off and put on easy.

Me too, it is perfect for my use. Ironically from the pics I dismissed this option (ordered Body Glove with phone), But I walked into a Verizon store and described what I needed for my usage and lifestyle (rough and tumble) and the very cute Vgirl asked for my phone, snapped the cover on handed me the holster to put on my belt and said "try it". I was sold as soon as it was in my hands and glided effortlessly into the holster without even looking down. Plus the Black Friday $10 off at $19.95 was nice too! Very industrial/high tech looking to match the Droid design (robots don't wear leather
.. and it is very functional, super protective (screen faces inward), and intuitive to use. You grab it with thumb and fore-finger, slide it out and as you raise your hand it is facing up in your palm ready to use. It is secure in the holster without a "clasp" and using it the past few days, even with some outdoor work activities, the added protection is great. Also doesn't seem to flex at the screen edge when you use your thumb to access the keyboard. Nice feel too, just right!Returned the Body Glove Cover (removed it after less than one day)for refund, hated it, too thick and bulky and clumsy to unclip..AND no screen protection!.

If you already have another Verizon case be sure to take the original packaging and receipt so you don't have to make 2 trips like I did!
Im rolling naked right now, been waiting for Seidio but they keep pushing the release back so im going to go check this case out today. I dont have sound at work, do they mention how thick the case is?
