Welcome to the forum Sierra!
This is a tough one to answer since so many banks now have their own app and everyone uses these types of apps differently. There are literally hundreds of checkbook apps out there, but here's one that will work with multiple accounts and you can sync it across multiple devices. Check out the free version here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplecheckbookledgeradsupported if you like it, they have a paid version that provides a few extra features.
You're going to have a difficult time finding one where you'll be able to import your information from your iPhone, unless you have an app or program on your Mac or PC like QuickBooks, Quicken, Intuit, etc. (Speaking of which, all three have great apps available on the Play Store)
Good luck!
