I have been using launcher pro and switched(for less than a hour) back to adw for the themes. Y does it seem so much slower, I tried messing with scrolling speed and could never get it right neither. Not to mention the side scrolling app drawer. Any suggestions on making adw smooth like launcher pro, I really would like to use the themes.

Right now I have launcher pro, tag home and sweeter home installed... only cause i'm trying to decide between the three... I noticed it is draining my battery more... so say I want to keep 2, if I set one as default, the others won't load unless ran right? Also once I set the default how do I change in the HTC incredible?

For me it is adw.launcher. The best way to get the best out of it is read the manual. CompleteGuideToADW - adw-launcher-android - Complete guide to ADW.Launcher + more. - Project Hosting on Google Code
For those of us who are new to the smart phone it made it easy. I especially like the UI Settings. Which without the manual had no ideal what it meant.
