Best Wine App?

Actually, what id really like is to scan barcodes of wines and see what people say about them before I decide to buy it

Yeah, not for the Android systems sadly. There's an iPhone wine app by Snooth which I hope they can port over easily to Android. Label picture recognition and a cellar tracker as well. Also, supposedly, either they, or a 3rd party is going to link that name information to map information showing stores around you that are selling that exact bottle of vino.

I've Decided on Swirl

I've been using the app for a while now, and have played with most of the others too. Swirl is hands down the best on Android. It's not perfect, but perhaps best of all, it's very actively being developed. In the Android world, that's saying something. Saw a really good "roast" of the app here: Review of Android App Swirl.
