Better browser for droid?

I installed an old beta of Fennic on my n810 maybe a year and a half ago. It was pretty neat but it was suuuuper slow and buggy. I'm excited to finally see a release version.

I use the stock, but I was wondering how to bypass the browser defaulting to certain pages... for example, I go to facebook.com and it defaults to the touch version.. what I'd like to do is get to the m.facebook.com page from the browser and right now my workaround is to go to the 'notifications' option in the stock facebook app and click on the earth icon to get to m.facebook.com

Another example is chipotle.com While we're waiting on an ordering app (like the iphones) I've been told you can order through the standard website. But when you go to chipotle.com it defaults to the gimpy simplified mobile page. Any workarounds for this with the stock browser?
