Big Problem

The M is not the bootloader. The bootloader is the all black "dos-like" screen.
The M means its stuck.

M is not the bootloader, you get that normally when trying to boot up.

To get into the bootloader you hold the up arrow while you then press and hold the power button. The bootloader looks like a dos screen that says battery ok.

Happy to hear you got your phone back! If you ever needed to do it again it would be a lot easier.

I was pressing up while powering on, and it wouldn't go to the bootloader, just the M. It would only go to the bootloader every so often when I tried it. Maybe once every 20 times of trying.
