Bionic wont power on

I just had my bionic shut down on me and would not power up. I tried everything. I had a full charge as well. I was rooted running 893 and everything was smooth. I didnt update to 902 because I was having good success with current system. Well, having said that, verizon sent me another bionic and this one came with 902 installed. So now I dont have root and I dont have any of my rooted apps downloaded either. What would be the best course of action to go about setting this phone up with root and installing my apps as well? I have all my other apps from the market but I haven't installed any of my paid rooted apps. Any help on how to go about being rooted and installing these apps would be appreciated. Thanks

Search for "motofail", download and use it, works great and it's pretty fast. I've had my Bionic about two weeks and used it 3 times now since I've been playing with the various ICS and AKOP roms.
