Black screen shows spots on razr.

I have them on my PS Vita....some G Nex users seen them on their phone.

Everything has already been said...so I dont need to repeat it...lol.

Rule number one with cell phones, only exchange for brand new phone or don't do it at all. Any refurb that isn't an apple refurb is a BAD REFURB.
