One other option you can try while you are waiting on other responses is Safe Mode. I'm pretty sure that Bluetooth still works in safe mode, but most Play Store apps will not load / run while in Safe Mode. See if you can get your phone to work with your car BT while in safe mode. If it does work correctly, then a Play Store app is more than likely causing the issue. It can't hurt to try. The worse thing that happens after safe mode is some apps will ask you to re-enter that specific password. Here are the instructions:
I saw that your post on the Moto forum got a little jumbled with other folks problems. Did you ever get your phone into Safe Mode? If so, did the phone and car connect to each other and work correctly while in Safe Mode?
