Bluetooth Question

I am having a problem with Bluetooth, phone to phone connection. I have the phones paired(Droid w/ BB Tour). So they are paired but Won't connect. I am trying to Push an audio file over, but it won't go. I don't see an opyion to have the phones actually connect, only Pair.

Even if you get them to connect, you won't be able to transfer a file, because the Tour does not support the OBEX OPP profile for bluetooth.
