Bluetooth transfer

Does anyone know how to transfer files through bluetooth??

I use "bluetooth file transfer" program. you can find it in the market. I use it to xfer contacts to my car bluetooth phone and from phone to phone.

I was able to transfer my contacts from hp phone via Bluetooth transfer. I have them in Internal phone storage in bluetooth folder.
How can I move them (transfer to) to my contacts list? Anybody please.
