Thank you. I will actually try that tomorrow morning. I am hoping that it works. Also, which would be better to load, Fission or FENOM? I have both downloaded. Just not sure which is better for the D2G. Also, will I notice much difference in looks or will it all be in just the ROM itself?

I don't have the d2g but if I did I would try fenom, I think you would have more support with that rom then fission since fission is dead. There probably be diffence in the rom. I use fission when it was running strong and it was a solid rom. I hope everthing turns out for you!!

Ok, got FENOM loaded. Definately like the looks of it. Now, how to I go about reloading all my contacts back in?

You would go into the phone settings, then accounts, then your google account and then sync contacts, that way it would redownload your contacts next time you wipe your data. I change roms my times and I haven't lost my contacts yet. Maybe I just be lucky

One thing you can do is revert back to stock ( hopefully you made a backup) and save all your contacts to your sim card. Then reflash fenom and load them back via sim card.

To clarify all you have to do to move your contacts to sim is go to your contacts, hit the menu key and chose import/export then import them. To reload after flashing repeat the same steps only this time you will export them.

Ok. Reverted back to stock. Got all my contacts back. Exported them to my SD card. Gonna re-flash to fenom and then import them from the card. Will report back as soon as done.

Got it all done now. Re-flashed to stock, exported contacts to sd card, flashed back to fenom, imported contacts. All up and running now. Re-downloading my apps now. Thank you all so much for helping this newbie out................
