bootloader

So I've read a few articles about the locked bootloader. One said that moto was going to offer a "tool" for users to unlock the bootloader but Verizon said no. My question is if such a tool exists is it out of the question to think that it could be reproduced or "borrowed " from moto?

Nope. Can't be done without the bootloader keys. Which only moto and vzw know
