Bought my phone a month ago, used on eBay (no one carries the D4 in Canada). Don't imagine Verizon would honour me with a replacement... maybe it's worth a try if I play the "your update killed my phone" angle too? Maybe that's plan B next time I'm stateside

Done! I'm back on the map with a working phone (yippee!) and hoping a reboot will solve the keyboard shift issue I'm having. Now off in search of a way to root from JB.
