broken screen on droid razr need help

We just filed w/ Asurion for an incredible that stopped charging and had to send phone back.

i just filed for a claim on my razr, i think the battery puffed and cracked the screen, but verizon said it was physical damage but anyways after 99$ im getting a new one, and it says on the calim form that i have 15 days to return the phone in the provided paid shipping package.
