calibrating battery help

Just run the phone normal until the battery dies naturally. No need to overtaxed or overheat. When the phone completely dies from battery discharged, remove battery and put back in, and the key is too charge it with the phone powered off (don't turn phone on to charge). Then when fully charged, remove the battery again & put back in, and charge what little bit needs charge again in the powered off state. All Android phones charge better in a powered off state. My Charge says don't use the phone in a low powered state while charging. This like ritual can re-vitalize a battery.
