Camera Picture Color Bleeding

Now I did a search in hopes to find a answer or a solution, but sadly no luck on the matter.

I seen peoples pictures here comparing their droid camera to their regular digital camera and the droid pictures look great. but whenever I take a picture I end up with things like this:

I have cleaned the lens and other tips and tricks, but nothing seems to help.

My camera settings are:
Flash - off
scene mode - auto
White balance - auto
Color Effect - none
Picture size - 5MP
Picture quality - super fine
Focus - auto

I wouldnt mind it so much, but im going to take a trip soon and the droid is going to be my main camera.

I suppose you tried enabling other color effects just to see if it changes?

I tried pictures in different color effects and they all cause the same issue, just in their respective colors. more green,more red, if its in mono then its in more gray.

Whoa, I would definitely take that back, I'm sure the warranty covers it.
