I put a 32gb micro sd card in my gs3 so I could store my tunes & pics to save space on the internal storage, however I noticed when downloading some apps it'd say can be moved to external storage.
I haven't figured out how to do this yet but trust me I've tried to figure it out, I am starting to think you can't either that or I'm just stressed about it and missing the obvious. So just wondering if you can do this or not, if so what app do I need or how do I do it.
I've got tons of space still on my internal storage but figured I'd use the external if possible since it's there! :) Thanks

Shot in the dark. In Settings - applications click the app you want and is there a "move" option? If not, try downloading apps2sd.

Don't have the phone, sorry if I'm no help.

No problem I appreciate the info regardless, I'm coming from using the iPhones for years to the Android OS and to be honest I love it wish I'd done it sooner. I mean I liked the iPhones but they had there flaws and limits ie: using iTunes only etc., I
love using my GS3 and I'm positive my next phone will be an Android phone as well but I'm learning stuff new all over again so any info is great whether it works or not! Thanks

Thanks I'll check out the link, I have found a local shop and the guy said he'd jailbreak my son's and my ipods as well as Root my GS3 for $80 do saves me the time & headache! Also I asked if he could give me quick lesson on the rooting and he was more than happy to help me out, I need to know a little bit before I go screw everything up. Lol. Thanks guy's.

80 bucks? Wow, expensive. If you just do a little reading and ask any questions you have around here I have no doubt you could learn to do it yourself.

I figured it probably isn't that different from jailbreaking iphone/ipods and I've done that at least 40+ times, I just don't know android or rooting at all. I didn't know jailbreaking either the first time but I knew how to reset the device to factory settings, i haven't a clue on the GS3. In the end I'll probably do it myself I love a challenge especially a software challenge, especially when I know how great my device will be after I'm done! lol
Thanks again guy's.

You would need to Root your Android in order to be able to do this.
Once rooted, you can follow guide: Link, Map, Move Internal SdCard App Folders to External

This works for any app, game folders. :hail::icon_ lala:

Well got my s3 rooted for $40 so not bad I guess, however I should have done more research as I made a rookie mistake and loaded Titanium and the other big app everyone uses. I hit backup everything that instant the phone just died literally the screen went black no power etc., I tried everything humanly possible to get it to work but it never even flickered to turn back on or anything it was bricked! Sent it in to Rogers tech they claim$250 to repair so I decided to pay extra $350 and get out of my 3year contract as well as into a 2 year new contract and a nice new s4 with bonus gift of Samsung Smart Watch I guess its called looks kinda cool and when it comes down to it it wasn't free for me I paid through the ass!
I had ordered a jig off ebay but I assume if tech can't fix it that won't, so wife's pretty pissed especially with Xmas and spending this cash especially if I'd just left the phone aline like she warned me so this one unfortunately for customization is staying unrooted fortunately I won't be out a ton of cash anytime soon due to my own doing! Anyone think it can be fixed via the jig and they just swindled me or is it unrepairable , no difference really since I've got the new one but it'll make the difference between sold for part's (some genius phone tech fix it)or sold working and get some of my $$ back!lol
