Can I move pictures around in the NEW gallery from 2.1?

i'm not sure what you mean but yes you can make new folders in the DCIM folder to sort your pics

Having just played with it I don't think you can.

OP, do you have Astor installed? You can create new folders and put your pictures in any kind of place you want with Astro.
