Can I put HTC Sense UI on Droid X?

You can't put Sense UI, but you can always install one of the many replacement launchers (ie: LauncherPRO) and customize the hell out of it.
And Droid X > Droid Incredible...
Please explain this. Other than the obviously bigger screen and massive pocket bulge
First off i think you should go hold one, wear your normal pants you would wear any day and stick it in there. Im 5'7 140 lb and i barely notice that it's in my pocket. Its so slim its not even funny. Well it does make me smile 
im also rockin the the leather snap on and it still fits well. Now that thats cleared up, let's clear this up. The X smokes the incredible in almost every aspect. ie. Screen size, resolution, thinness, faster processor, better battery, 720p hd video recording and more. I've played with the incredible before and it just does not function as smoothly as the X does. Plus i can sit here and type this from my X so fast and easily because of this beautiful screen size. It doesn't hurt my eyes! Even the droid 2 seemed sluggish compared the the X and its supposed to have the same processor. Oh well. Like i said im not a big guy and i can text one handed. Hands down to the best droid out there right now. Oh yeah the X can be rooted too. But this is just my humble opinion. May the best droid win.

The Incredible has much higher pixel density (252 pixels per inch) compared to the Droid X (223 pixels per inch) which allows for better clarity. That's why the iphone 4 screen looks so good (329 pixels per inch). So while it may be bigger the incredible has higher screen quality in terms of clarity.

I don't think that could be further from the truth. The washed out look that is. I can agree that the incredible definately has a vibrant display, however they are two completely different types of screens. X having an LCD and the inc having TFT. The LCD is superior to the 'viewing in any lighting' catagory. The incredible has a very difficult time in outdoor conditions where as the X is visible in even the brightest of light outdoors.
JMart would you mind posting a screenshot of your home screen?
Also, HDMI and 720p videos don't really mean a lot to me, I don't take a lot of videos, and I find plugging in the HDMI cable to my Phone, moving my TV, plugging it in the back of my TV to be a huge pain in the ass.

I don't know, personally I don't think the ppi is the reason the iphone screen looks better. I'm petty sure it has more to do with it being an IPS lcd, instead of the standard tn lcd panels that's in pretty much everything else. IPS panels can look amazing, at any ppi, just wish more handset manufactures would try it. The difference in ppi is negligible considering every other display you look at is in the 50-100 ppi range.

223 versus 252 is not exactly "much higher" in any sense. However, the increased screen size on the droid means more real estate for you to work on. So while the pixel density may be slightly lower, it looks better overall.
As for washed out... I do not see that with my X sitting next to an Incredible. In fact, I like the contrast and brightness a lot (which you can customize).
Nitpicking, I guess.
i own a droid1 and i am not upgrading anytime soon, but I was with my dad checking out the droid2 alongside the x and the incredible, and i thought the incredible ran much smoother hands down. I haven't checked spec's between the x or incredible I'm just going off what I found with the live phones I got my hands on in the store.
