cannot download. zip or anything else other than. apks

I am running on blackdroids ultimate Droid 9.0.0 and when I went to download new boot anim, I got and error that said "cannot download. Content not supported by this phone." Any fixes would be great. Ps I installed the rom via rom manager premium. I had previously been able to do so in older versions of the rom.

If you have astro file manager... click menu/preferences/enable browser downloads... this allows you to download just about anything... worked for me with the same problem on DroidMod.
