Cannot find Installed App

Hi Everyone, I have had my Moto Droid for two weeks and love it. Last night I was going through the Marketplace and installed an app to prevent the Droid from going into sleep mode while it is charging. After trying it out I really don't like it but I have a problem....I cannot find the App on my phone, in the Marketplace, through the Applications area....it is non-existant. I can't remember the name of it to do a search. I am open to any and all ideas.

To the MODS: I did a search and couldn't find any help so I decided to post. If I posted this is the wrong location please move and accept my apologies.

No it is not there.

If you saw the name again, would you recognize it? The reason I ask is because you have another option.

Go to the marketplace, then search. with nothing in the text box, a dropdown should have the last bunch of apps you searched for. Maybe one of these is it, or it may jog your memory.

Yes I will be trying that tonight. I did that quick today at work but nothing jumped out at me. I was just hoping someone might know a trick or had this happen themselves and knew an easier way.

+1. Any and all apps you have installed via the marketplace will be in that menu.

Was the app Screebl by any chance? It should always be visible on your pull down screen when it's active.

Download a task killer such as Advanced Task Killer and check what apps are running.

Was the app actually a widget? Because if that was the case, widgets don't show up in the application area, only if you go to the widget placer on the home screen.

I have ATK and it shows nothing but when I plug my phone in it stays on the home screen...and doesn't shut off now.

Your situation has drained my idea tank dry lol. If I think of anything else, I will be back.

I fully understand...I am going crazy here. Thank you to you and everyone who is trying to help. I have to sign off for a bit but will check back tonight to see if anyone has any ideas.
