cannot get GPS lock

Using gps test app. Ten satellites. Can't get a fix. Opened Google maps, showing location about a mile from actual location.

Am using highest degree of accuracy of location, gps, Wi-Fi, etc.
Any ideas to try are appreciated.

Glad you got it resolved! [emoji106] Sometimes a reboot is all you need, especially when WiFi & GPS are concerned.

As @cr6 and @leeshor stated...a simple reboot can do wonders. Here is my testimony to that. I travel quite a bit for work and have a Sammy Galaxy Note 2 as a company assigned work phone (I know..it's an old model, but it's all they have available) and I normally pair it to my rental car for Navigation so I can get to my hotel, work location, calls from co-workers, etc. About 10% of the time when I start Navigation...in a new town / city and the phone was off for the flight...the phone has no idea where I am and Navigation is a no-go. Every single time that has happened I pull over somewhere safe and reboot the phone and let it connect to those nearby cell towers and all is good-to-go again and Maps works just fine.

When mine doesn't lock I just open this free app

and for whatever reason it gets a lock.
