Can't back-out of contacts!

This has been an on going problem for me everytime I flash new roms. Whenever I open my contacts (I believe this only happens when using launcher pro) I am unable to use the back button to exit. Are there any ideas as to how to fix this? I've tried clearing caches on the contacts but to no avail.

EDIT: I think I've fixed the problem by force closing the application.

I cud always back out w/ LP until this ota to 2.2 now I can't do it.

Its a process so its always running in standby mode which doesnt eat battle. Just use home button to get out.

The same thing was happening to me with Go Launcher EX. If I opened contacts from the tray, I couldn't back out. If I open contacts from the menu, I could back out no problem. I figured it was just how the default link was set up in the tray, so I just re-created it and it works fine now.

Im running the evil 3.3.2, and launcher pro, i can back out whether i open from dock or app drawer
