if I delete my emails in my gmail or my aol account, they keep coming back. how can I permanently delete them? i tried to do it online, but it seems that the sync keeps bringing them back. and the aol account has 2 sent folders and 2 trash folders. am i doing something wrong? for the aol account, I am using the email app not the gmail app.
