cant download itunes music. crap phone

Twist says no with usb due ti no mass storage. I downlloaded drivers and got music over finally. Thanks guys. What do you guys do to have movies at your disposal? I still have alot of issues with the phone lagging and if i type too fast it just goes to crap.
