Can't get a few things to work in V.09

Im running Liberty on Gingerbread with the Liberty Tool Pro

All of these don't seem to be working even though i've rebooted multiple times. Is there something i'm doing wrong? Everything else seems to be working perfectly.

use the customizer to edit the pulldown bar. As far as the others I'm not sure.

The app AdFree seems to work well. I've only tested it in Pandora. It's available on the Market.
