Cant get to bootstrapper

I installed a theme on a rom and when it boots it just force closes everything and when I restart it wont bring up bootstrapper. Anyone let me know how to get it back up so I do a system restore to a different rom?

Turn your phone all the way off and plug it in to the wall. After the boot logo when you see the battery charging screen show up, pull the battery and unplug the phone from the wall. Replace the battery and attempt to boot normally. If cm recovery is bootstrapped, it should boot you there automatically.

Try getting into stock recovery to wipe data/cache and factory reset. After it boots up then you can reload a backup from bootstrap.
Stock recovery-hold power and home button, when M screen appears release home button, at pic of Droid and exclamation mark, press search the proceed to clear and reset.
