Cant open email attachment

why cant I open attachments in my yahoo account ? when I click on the attachment it acts line it is going to open but then nothing happens.

What type of file is the attachment?

I'm able to open Word, PP and Excel but I have not been able to open WAV files.

attachments have to have an app associated wtih them.

There is an app on the internet (use google) called crutch lite that will open any type of file. You may want to look into that.

I have tried opening photo attachments, pdf files, and others. I also am having trouble replying to emails in yahoo.I have been able to do this in the past. Something has changed just recently. I have been able to open pdf does with beam reader in the past.
I will look into the other apps to see if that will help.
