Can't Receive Calls on 0.8

Everything was fine on 0.7 for me....but since 0.8...I can no longer receive incoming calls. (everything else works really well)

edit if someone tries to call me it says my number is no longer in service.
I've done *228 and it went as it should

edit and on outgoing calls apparently I'm so crackly people can't understand me

it appears I'm not alone....we are looking into it. it could be that a town nearby is supposed to go live with 4G ....this week.

edit....not alone for Verizon customers I should clarify....not other liberty users.
