Can't text fast.

The Milestone Browser you will have to "hack" if you will, onto your Droid unfortunately...it is the exact same thing as the stock browser but just with multitouch and NO lagging whatsoever...so you have to remove the default stock browser from the Droid and replace it with the Milestone's stock browser...

And yeah, using Swype doesn't have that annoying delay while typing in forums like this one....

Whoa what you mean no delay using swype? There still is one for me not as bad as non swype, but it's still there.

You're running BB right? Turn keyboard landscape wise and send a text. You see the slight delay?

It's a newer kernel that supposedly fixes the keyboard lag. Someone posted it in my how to thread.

To restore just boot into SPR and choose advanced nandroid restore, choose backup, find the latest one (name it something like test so you know otherwise they will all just be named BDS432590784320), and hit restore with the default check marks. Reboot.

Probably not, it seems to be more of a browser bug than an OS bug in that case. But you could always try it. It literally only takes like 10 minutes to do a restore.

I'm gonna try and apply it tomorrow, but aren't you not suppose to mix and match kernals and ROMS?

Also would it really be that easy as to just change it to update.zip and put it in the root?

yep that's all you got to do (at least those were the instructions that were posted on all droid)

No I don't remember, probably 1GHz...like I said, you can seriously revert back in like 2 minutes. Just try it.
