Car Dock and Charger

Hold on people....wait till sprint lets out their Galaxy Nexus, it should be the same size and compatible with the Verizon one....im pretty sure they'll let out a good car/desk dock! They take care of their customers better than big red lol...I have a vzw one and have been waiting for these kinds of docks!

Sprint is GSM, so I don't think the specs would be the same as the Verizon one. I would think the Sprint GNex would be the same as the overseas one and thus the accessories wouldn't be compatible.

Sprint is CDMA not GSM.
 
I heard that the Galaxy Nexus is going to be sprints first LTE phone that they will offer... thus everything, accessories wise should work!

Did anybody find one with the charging and aux features built in yet and is using it? What about the fommy that was to ship out on the 23rd, anybody receive theirs yet?
 
Pro clip USA. Hands down the best mounting/charging solution I've found. You can upgrade mount for new phones and keep the same base. I'm still using the base I bought for my blackberry pearl. I had it wired in at best buy. Runs about $140 when said and done, but it looks great and is rock solid. Full disclosure I do NOT work for them. Lol.

Another for Proclip, I love them. I pre-ordered my mount over a month ago and it should finally be here friday!
 
Got my procllip two day ago... about Three weeks after i ordered. It is solid and its the only Dock i found that mount securely to anything but the windshield. It seems fine so far, not as rock solid and i expected but Very stable.

Did you get the one with the built in charger? How is it not as solid as you expected?
 
The pro clip looks good but it has the one thing I was trying to avoid with the dock especially in the car and that is avoiding stress on the micro usb connector. It was why I was looking forward to these docks when sammy "tricked us all" not having to deal with cables and stressing out the connector by constatly plugging in and out as I take it with me on my "Journeys of life".:icon_cool:
