Car Dock - Not going thru car speakers

Just installed the car dock for the Droid X - I am not getting sound thru the car speakers using Aux jack. Any ideas?

Do you have the stereo set to the AUX "channel"? If you have it set to AM, FM, CD, etc., it won't work. Otherwise, not sure. Make sure it is well connected on both ends.

have you ever called the customer support?

Possible problems are;
1. Bluetooth not set up.
2. Aux not selected on radio
3. Bad input/output port
