Case with combo/Kickstand (same one in Verizon store) - slides into a Holster

I got the holster case from the Verizon store and it is perfect. Razr maxx is the best phone ever.

I ordered the very same on through Amazon. Would not slide in flat. Power button would get in the way. The top of the phone...just too much gap. It was advertised for the XT912 (MAXX)....It was around $8.00, Verizon wants $29.00 WTH??? (What the heck???)

My local vzw store said they could order the otter box for me, delivered to my door in 2 days. So i thought if the store could get it, surely the customer service people could and i could probably get a discount. WRONG.. so I'll be going to the store monday to order the case

Otto box defender adds a lot of bulk and weight. Unless you are really clumsy, have kids that play with your phone, or work outside. I recommend choosing and case. After two months of use I am done with the case. Looking to choose ghost armor.

The Defender Does... the commuter doesn't but I believe it comes with a screen protector (someone should confirm that).

I work outdoors cutting down Dead, Dying and Diseased Trees so the Defender best suits me.

Does anyone know if the silicone cases protect the top and bottom of the Maxx? I noticed my shell case with holster and kickstand doesn't. Not sure if it would really matter for me because my phone is always in my purse
