google googles and unit converter and formulas lite never stop downloading

Sometimes the market hangs up. Go to settings, applications, manage apps, market, clear data. After you clear market data restart the market and accept the TOS. Then update those apps.

You also want to clear the cache too. Both data and cache, just to make sure. It will resolve this issue.
